B.O.B is a Beast!

But when I got a hold of this footage of a world renowned MC like ATL’s own B.o.B. rocking a packed show on stage with my I’m A Beast shirt on, I admit having one of those Cheshire The Cat grins on the real! Big Things in 2011

This job started as photo retouches and turned into about two months work. Marco Bosco / Eruption Records, up and coming European pop singer / music label, hired me to head up the design side of his second quarter marketing push and new web design. Concentrating on promoting the label it self and a hand full of singles due to drop on itunes. Including web design, CD cover art, online & print design, and three billboards. The Theme was on some clash of the titans vibe. Independent artistry vs the machine of corporate profit driven entertainment. Thats why we chose the Capital Records building as the background. Over all again a great experience, again some how I manage to thoroughly enjoy myself while paying the bills. Cant ask for much more then that. This is the fourth web site I’ve designed so far in 2011 -> eruptionmusic.com Not bad considering its only March.
Branding A Dance Studio
January 19th, 2011More work from one of my favorite clients. This time the good people of Dance411 asked me to brand there rapidly growing pole dance classes. Which included new logo, new website, and a hand full of print ads. The idea is to brand these classes as a standalone service so they can be marketed separately and directly to that target audience.
We started with the logo. They asked for something classy, fun, and sexy. We agreed to go with a burlesque vibe, which made coming up with the text style easy. The last piece was creating a female character with a perfect multicultural look… you know, so she looks White, Black and Spanish all at the same time.
The web design and print ads weren’t difficult at all. I just followed the same burlesque theme and kept the color scheme some what consistent. Over all I was happy with the outcome and so was the client and for this type of creative service thats all that counts.
Doing Web Design in 2011
January 2nd, 20112010 was a great year for me. 2011 I’m going dumb hard!! First I’d like to announce that EricNine.com is now offering WEB DESIGN. New web site I just finished –> www.sacredgardenyoga.com n will be finishing up new Poledance411.com design in the next two weeks.
I have to admit this was a tuff job. Designing a website is allot different then designing a print ad or apparel. Web design is all about functionality, but still making it look good and eye catching. I’m excited to continue exploring this new world of web design and its a great way to diversify my portfolio.
Sketch Book: Got to keep it Fun.
November 10th, 2010True to Heart, going back to Basics. If WEALTH is lost, then NOTHING is lost. If HEALTH is lost, then SOMETHING is lost. But, if CHARACTER is lost, then EVERYTHING is lost. Some things are basics in life. I will always keep a sketch book with me. I will always take time to draw just for the sake of drawing. Everything. 
Sometimes you need to take time to draw just for the sake of drawing. Its like therapy for me.
